HairJourney.ai provides a free, AI-powered hair health scoring tool. The service includes a photo-based Hair Score, an 8-question hair health assessment, personalised recommendations, and optional matching to a vetted UK clinic for a consultation. The service is provided "as is" for informational purposes only.
HairJourney.ai is not a medical service. Your Hair Score is an AI-generated estimate for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or trichologist before making decisions about your hair health or starting any treatment.
Clinic matches made through our platform are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the outcome of any clinic consultation or treatment.
HairJourney.ai is free for you to use. Getting your Hair Score, recommendations and a clinic match costs you nothing, and we will never ask you for a card to use the service. We are paid a referral fee by clinics in our network when we introduce a genuine enquiry to them. This never changes the price of anything you do with a clinic, and we only match you when your score suggests it is genuinely worthwhile.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must not upload photos of other people without their consent. You must not attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer our scoring algorithm. We reserve the right to refuse the service to anyone who misuses it.
All content on HairJourney.ai — including the scoring approach, design, copy and branding — is owned by HairJourney.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, HairJourney.ai shall not be liable for: any hair, health or treatment outcomes, or decisions made based on your Hair Score; any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or any loss resulting from reliance on a clinic match or recommendation.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
