2. What data we collect
- Photos you upload — hair photos submitted for Hair Score analysis
- Quiz responses — answers to our 8-question hair health assessment
- Email address — to deliver your Hair Score report
- Name — optional, used to personalise your report
- Clinic referral data — if you request a clinic consultation: name, phone, email, city
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site (anonymised analytics only)
3. How we use your data
- To calculate and deliver your AI Hair Score
- To send your email report via our email service provider (EmailJS)
- To match you with a vetted UK clinic when requested
- To send optional monthly tracking reminders (unsubscribe anytime)
- To improve our scoring algorithm using anonymised, aggregated data
We never sell your personal data. We never share your data with third parties except: (a) our email service provider (EmailJS) for report delivery, and (b) a matched UK clinic only if you explicitly request a consultation.
4. Photo data
Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, never shared or sold, automatically deleted after 30 days, and processed solely to calculate your Hair Score. Photos are not stored beyond the analysis window.
5. Your rights (UK GDPR)

6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies necessary for the website to function. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party analytics cookies without your consent.
7. Data retention
- Photos: deleted after 30 days
- Email addresses: retained until you unsubscribe
- Clinic referral data: deleted after 90 days or on request
- Anonymised score data: retained indefinitely for algorithm improvement
