HairJourney.ai provides an AI-powered hair health scoring tool including photo-based Hair Score calculation, an 8-question hair health assessment, personalised recommendations, and optional clinic referral matching. The service is provided for informational purposes only.
2. Not medical advice
HairJourney.ai is not a medical service. Your Hair Score is an AI-generated estimate for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your hair health or starting any treatment.
3. Free tier and paid plans
The free tier (monthly Hair Score) is provided at no cost and will remain free. Paid plans (Growth £19/mo, Premium £49/mo) are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial subscription under our money-back guarantee.
4. Your account and data
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
- You must not upload photos of other people without their consent
- You must not attempt to manipulate or reverse-engineer our scoring algorithm
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
5. Intellectual property
All content on HairJourney.ai — including the scoring algorithm, design, copy and branding — is owned by HairJourney.ai. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, HairJourney.ai shall not be liable for any loss of hair, health outcomes, or decisions made based on your Hair Score; any indirect, incidental or consequential damages; or any loss resulting from reliance on clinic referrals or recommendations.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
